    Which glycol do you need?

    For closed-loop chilled water and district cooling in the Gulf's ambient temperatures, inhibited MEG at 25–35% is the standard; use PG where incidental food contact or lower toxicity is required (hotels, food plants). For natural-gas dehydration, TEG is the contactor workhorse — we supply both fresh TEG and DEG for blend make-up to operators in Oman's upstream sector. Coatings and cleaner formulators typically want butyl glycol for its evaporation profile. Unsure between grades?     All three are ethylene glycols differing in chain length. MEG (monoethylene glycol) is the antifreeze and PET feedstock workhorse; DEG (diethylene glycol) serves polyester resins, plasticisers and dehydration blend make-up; TEG (triethylene glycol) is the standard desiccant liquid in natural-gas dehydration contactors because of its higher boiling point and low vapour loss. For gas plants we supply fresh TEG and DEG for make-up; for HVAC antifreeze duty, inhibited MEG.

    Inhibited MEG at 25–35% concentration is the Gulf standard for closed chilled-water loops. Where lower toxicity is required — hotels, food factories, or any system with potential incidental contact — propylene glycol is used instead at a slightly higher concentration for the same freeze/burst protection. We supply both, plus the corrosion-inhibitor package and glycol-concentration test equipment.

    Yes — USP/EP-grade propylene glycol (E1520) with food-compliance documentation compatible with HACCP systems, in 215 kg drums and IBCs. It serves flavour and colour carrier duty, humectant use in food and personal care, and pharmaceutical formulation. Industrial grade is stocked separately for coatings, antifreeze and de-icing applications.

    Yes. TEG for dehydration contactor circuits is delivered to upstream sites across Oman including the Marmul, Nimr and Qarn Alam areas under our JSRS registration (PDO/OQ approved supplier lists). Batch CoA covers purity, water content and pH; drum and IBC deliveries run on scheduled interior routes with hazmat-trained drivers.

    Standard packaging is 215–235 kg steel or HDPE drums (glycol-dependent) and 1,000 L IBC totes. For recurring volume users we arrange ISO-tank and bulk tanker delivery into customer storage. Palletised container loads for GCC export are prepared with full customs documentation from our Muscat facility.
