Because additive selection is formulation-specific, our technical team works from your base formulation and failure mode (fading, settling, foaming, viscosity drift) to shortlist candidates, with samples for trial before committing to drum quantities.

    Outdoor plastic in the Gulf faces a double attack: UV irradiance among the world's highest, and surface temperatures on dark parts exceeding 80°C. A durable package pairs a HALS (hindered-amine light stabiliser) for long-term UV protection with a phenolic antioxidant for processing and heat ageing, plus a phosphite co-stabiliser for melt-processing colour hold; TiO2 or carbon-black pigmentation adds screening. Typical loadings run 0.2–0.6% HALS and 0.1–0.3% antioxidant depending on polymer and service life target. We supply the stabiliser families with loading guidance per polymer.
