Essential for maintaining moisture in baked goods, dissolving flavors and essences, and preventing ice crystal formation in frozen foods. The non-toxic, water-miscible liquid offers similar properties to glycerin but with better solvency. Widely used in bakeries, beverage plants, flavor houses, and food manufacturing across Oman.
